Sweet & Slow Foundational Flow
9:30 am- 10:30 am
A slower paced Vinyasa class designed to keep you in the present moment on your mat. Feeling your body move through space, observing how the body responds to the poses, the movements in between and to the stillness. Breath work and brief meditation to begin, extended Shavasana to end. All levels.
6:30 pm- 7:45 pm
Slow Vinyasa mixed in with Yin postures. This class is low to the ground and slow paced. Blankets and pillows are recommended to bring to enhance your experience. Breath work to begin class, guided meditation and sound healing to end. All levels.
6:15 pm -7:00 pm
Light stretching, breath work, sound healing and guided meditation. Dress warm and comfortable. Blanket is recommended. All levels.
